How to Exchange Your CHICLY Pieces?

Are you worried about purchasing a product that doesn't fit you perfectly? Well, worry no more! At CHICLY, we understand the importance of finding the right size and fit for your clothing. Therefore, we offer our customers the option to exchange their purchased product for a different size or a different product altogether, as per our exchange policy.

Requesting an Exchange To initiate the exchange process, please WhatsApp : 7003709943 or  write to us at cs@chicly.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. If your product is eligible for a size exchange, our team will acknowledge your request and provide further instructions on the process.

Please note that we do not provide a refund or return policy. However, you may exchange your product for a different size or a different product, as per our exchange policy.

Sending the Product Back Once your exchange request has been acknowledged by our team.

Please ensure that you take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person, which includes the number of products being dispatched, along with their signature and mobile number. This will ensure that we have a record of the shipment and can track it accordingly.

Terms and Conditions Please note that our exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • We do not provide a refund or return policy.
  • Items may be exchanged once for all orders, and items once sold are not taken back.
  • We issue a credit note for our customers only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • We do not provide a reverse pickup facility.

At CHICLY, we want you to have the best experience with our products. We understand that finding the perfect size and fit can be challenging, which is why we offer our customers the option to exchange their purchased product for a different size or product. CANCELLATION

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your COD order before shipping. Please call us on 7003709943 or write to us at cs@chicly.in to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. Once your order shipped from our warehouse then you are not eligible for cancellation.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. 

REFUND

Please note that we do not offer a refund or return policy for any of our products once sold. However, we do offer an exchange policy for our customers to help them find the perfect fit.

How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

If the desired size of the product is not available for exchange, we will issue a credit note to you. The credit note will be emailed to the email address provided by you at the time of placing the order. You can use this credit note to purchase any other product on our website within the next 30 days.

Please note that the credit note must be used in one go and cannot be split into multiple transactions. Therefore, we recommend that you select the product you would like to purchase before using the credit note.
