How to Exchange on Chicly ?
Are you worried about purchasing a product that doesn't fit you perfectly? Well, worry no more! At CHICLY, we understand the importance of finding the right size and fit for your clothing. Therefore, we offer our customers the option to exchange their purchased product for a different size as per our exchange policy.

Process of Exchange on Chicly ?
Step 1 : Please contact with our customer services via WhatsApp / call / email within 7days from delivery.
Step 2 : We will arrange pickup product via our courier partner.
Step 3 : Once product reach our warehouse we will check its quality(unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
Step 4 : If product pass quality checking process then we will ship your desire size product.
This Exchange Process Takes Approximate 10-15 Days.
What is the Exchange policy on Chicly?
1. Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.
3. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
4. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will accept exchanges. Please make sure to record an unboxing video of the parcel as proof.
5. Customised Order Not Eligible for Exchange.
6. After exchange of any order return & refund is not allowed.
CANCELLATION
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before shipping. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. Once your order shipped from our warehouse then you are not eligible for cancellation.

What is the Cancel policy on Chicly?
1. Order Cancelation only done before order shipped.
2. Partial COD order cancel before shipping. After shipping partial COD order could not be cancel & partial COD amount (₹99 /- ) non refundable as a courier charge.
3. Prepaid order cancel only done before shipping. If you cancel prepaid order after shipping then ₹99 /- deduct from order amount as a courier charge and balance process for refund.
For Partial COD /PrePaid refund will takes 15-20 Working Days.
